editableTableWidget script details editableTableWidget doesn't use the new HTML 5 contentEditable feature, bot works similarly nevertheless.
The plugin enables users to edit a table cell just by clicking and selecting it.
Any type of content can be entered, content which gets recorded (temporarily) in the cell, replacing the original content. The plugin doesn't come with a server-side component for actually saving the content. You'll have to code that on yourself.
Support for mobile devices and copy-paste is also included.
A demo of an editable table is included with the editableTableWidget package.
